1904 & 804 in Seoul

Two large works were installed this autumn in the Residency of the Dutch Ambassador in Seoul.
In 2011, on my first trip to South-Korea, I stayed in a triangular room in Gangnam. I had of course absolutely no idea that this project (1904) would end up above the couch in the triangular living room of the Dutch residency. And neither did the ambassador, I might add.
The other work, 806, next to the fireplace, was shot in 2015 in Yeosu, a beautiful city in the south of South-Korea.
